The UC Davis Poverty Research and Policy Summit will bring together researchers, policymakers, practitioners and advocates to summarize and discuss the state of poverty research and public policy over the past decade, and how research can better inform policy in the decade to come.

Sessions will follow four key areas of research and policy: labor markets and poverty, the state of the safety net, children and the intergenerational transmission of poverty, and the intersections of poverty and immigration.
